Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CrewTech Pro dispatch and scheduling service (the “Service”), provided by CrewTech Pro (“CrewTech Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CrewTech Pro provides tools for trade-service businesses to schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, send job notifications, and generate invoices. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account, for the users you invite, and for keeping login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- The Service is offered on a monthly subscription based on crew size, at the prices listed on our site.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
- Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or otherwise violate messaging or telemarketing laws and carrier requirements.
- Send SMS notifications to any person who has not opted in, or continue messaging a person who has opted out.
- Upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to enter another person’s information (including technician phone numbers) into the Service and to contact them through it.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example hosting and a telecommunications provider that delivers text messages). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewTech Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export or deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
